Meka Consulting is a boutique management consultancy firm based in the Adelaide Hills, and is the sister company to Meka Legal. The firm is dedicated to the provision of consistent, quality consultancy services in the areas of corporate governance and company secretariat support and advice, including strategic planning and change and risk management practices.
Meka Consulting also offers business consultancy services to complement the suite of services offered by Meka Legal, including strategic and operational HR management, mediation skills, leadership, people and culture strategies, recruitment, training and development.
We specialise in a personal, tailored, consultancy service for all things corporate governance, employment and workplace related, dependent upon the needs of your business.

What We Do

We will work with you to provide ongoing support and advice on how to prevent stress in the workplace, how to pick up early warning signs of bullying and harassment in your team and how to manage all those different personalities. Meka is happy to work on-site with you to offer side by side coaching, team training and development and management upskilling, all with Meka’s personal touch.

This service offering includes managing and minuting Board, Committee and shareholder meetings and liaising with the CEO and Chair to effectively prioritise reporting requirements, timelines and action points.
